Foraging Mushrooms
The focus for our final lesson on spring foraging is spring mushrooms that are easiest for beginner mushroom foragers to ID and harvest.
Our guest today: Sarah Dalziel-Kirchhevel will guide us in harvesting wild mushrooms, specifically focusing on the wild mushrooms that are easiest to identify, with no poisonous look-alikes. Sarah is a mushroom expert, and the author of “Growing Mushrooms for Beginners, A Simple Guide to Cultivating Mushrooms at Home” (Rockridge Press, 2021).
