Many of our members have already had the “Big Nasty” and recovered. Some of us used our herbal remedies like fire cider and elderberry syrup. Some of us followed the recommendation of online doctors who had successfully treated it on the front lines. Here’s what has worked for many of our members.
Herbal Remedies
- Elderberry syrup is safe and effective for preventing viral replication in the cells. It has proven efficacy for seasonal flu and colds. It also helps other sicknesses. Take it early because you want to prevent viral replication as much as possible. It can be taken every 2 or 3 hours at the first signs of any sickness. It is one of our highest antioxidant herbs and has a fair amount of quercetin, an antioxidant that is also anti-inflammatory.
- Echinacea supports the immune system. It is immunomodulating. It is safe in most cases even in those with an autoimmune disease. It acts synergistically with elderberry.
- Turmeric or grape leaf tincture are anti-inflammatory and can help calm down the cytokine storms that can happen with many illnesses. If you begin to feel worse after taking elderberry, you can safely stop the elderberry and begin using one or both of these in its place.
- For the lingering cough that some experience a tincture of echinacea and golden seal was helpful.
Zelenko Protocol
I found the recommendations of Dr. Zelenko very helpful. You can find them here
Here is a summary for low-risk people:
Adapt according to your personal needs:
- Elemental Zinc 50mg 1 time a day for 7 days
- Vitamin C 1000mg 1 time a day for 7 days
- Vitamin D3 5000iu 1 time a day for 7 days
- Quercetin 500mg 2 times a day for 7 days
Quercetin is a zinc ionophore that helps zinc enter the cell. Take them together. Zinc can cause nausea so take it with food. The amount of zinc needed varies on the type of zinc. We took zinc citrate, and needed 3 x 50 mg. tablets per day to reach 50 mg. of elemental zinc.
Parasite Complications
There seems to be a parasitic aspect to Sars-Cov-2 and the spike protein, the toxic part of the jabs. Using herbal anti-parasitic, antimalarials, and antithelmetics seems to be beneficial.
