Used for thousands of years in TCM, as Qi tonics, they are view today as a panacea for modern ills like stress and burnout. In this module we are going to test your personal energetic constitution.  This is how dry or warm you personally are, and your tendency toward dryness or dampness, cold or heat since you were a baby. A person’s energetic constitution generally doesn’t fluctuate greatly over their lifetime.  While you can feel a little hotter and drier during times of sickness or during milestones in your life — the birth of a baby or menopause for instance, your overall constitutional energetics remains constant.     In this lesson we’ll dial down on your personal energetics.  You’ll use this information to find your very best herbal allies even beyond this masterclass, but it becomes especially important when choosing your adaptogenic herbal allies.
